The costume she's wearing in this episode is Blue Jeogui or Cheong Jeok Ui (청적의 / 青翟衣), an elegant ceremonial robe with a pheasant pattern, which was worn by Joseon queens on the most formal occasions in Joseon Dynasty (Nhà Triều Tiên / 朝鮮王朝 / 조선왕조).
