She has posted these photos on her Naver Blog "Ah Hyu (아휴)" on December 9 2015 (2015년 12월 9일). Jin Kyoung took these photos as she's promoting for Phở Mons, a restaurant where they serve "Phở", the Vietnamese Soup Rice Noodle. Phở is a Vietnamese soup dish consisting of broth, rice noodles, herbs, and meat (usually beef and sometimes chicken), and the one Jin Kyoung is eating is called "Phở Bò" (Beef Soup Rice Noodle).

Phở originated in the early 20th century in Northern Vietnam, and after the Vietnam War, refugees who are the former citizens of Republic Of South Vietnam popularized it throughout the world in Post 1975. However, There are definite differences between Phở in Hanoi (Northern Vietnam) and Phở in Saigon (Southern Vietnam) about some different recipes, noodle width, sweetness of broth, and choice of herbs and sauce.

The title on her blog is "Phở Mons is fulfilling and chewy ♡ (포몬스 쌀국수 든든하게 촵촵♡)". In her blog and status, she said:

As for me, I've been feeling low on energy all day.

Amidst a somewhat lackluster day, I had a brief moment of upliftment! So, I thought of posting during lunchtime.
These days, I've been posting about things I eat every day. Hehe.

For Tuesday's lunch, I had Phở Mon's soup rice noodles with my manager at work. It's always a great choice when the cold wind blows - rice noodles, that is!

There's a delicious Phở Mon's rice noodle restaurant near Nonhyeon Station, so I've been going there often these days to eat.
The owner is a rice noodle enthusiast, you know!

 

 

"...Please give me plenty of bean sprouts!
And also, please give me pickled radishes (danmuji) too!

When the broth of rice noodle soup is steaming hot,
add plenty of bean sprouts.

Place them at the bottom of the noodles~^^
That way, the bean sprouts will cook quickly.
Thin and light rice noodles~
Ah, so delicious!
Even if I have to eat rice noodles for all three meals, I can do it with pleasure.

I'll pass on the Hoisin sauce!
Drizzled with chili sauce, it was spicy and delicious.
It's completely hearty and flavorful.
Miss An Store Manager, you didn't overeat yesterday, did you? Haha.

The distinct aroma of rice noodle soup broth,
Some people can't eat it because of that smell, right?
I've been enjoying it from the beginning, though. Hehe.
Even when I went to Vietnam, I enjoyed it completely. Hehe.
